Outlook Multiple Accounts

I am unable to download mail from my ISP Server for my second email account
with them. All messages still sitting on server even though when I setup
account in Outlook the test mail works okay???? That is only thing that
comes through.

Hi,

Try running a search for the file .srs and rename all to .old
Open Outlook and check if it downloads the mails off the server.

You could also, try creating a new profile and configuring the same account.
