ms outlook xp and 2000 freezing problem i uninstalled reinstalled
 

i uninstalled and reinstalled and finally upgraded ms office and same issue
outlook is freezing when trying to send email. The os works fine all other
applications work fine just outlook freezez after a couple minutes of being
open. Also the mouse doesn't highlight anything until it is closed.

Its generally a bad idea to upgrade anything that has a problem, unless you
know specifically that the upgrade will cure the problem. That said;
Do you mean there is a mouse problem whilst OL is open/frozen?
Is the problem replicated if you start in safe mode? If not start with
updating the vid drivers, from the manu site, ensure you read the manu 'how
to install', do NOT use winupdate.
