Transfer e-mail from 1 pc to another
I have got a new PC running XP with Outlook 2003. My old PC is Windows ME
running Outlook Express 6.0. How do I get my e-mails from the old PC running Outlook Express 6.0 into my new PC so that I can see my old messages in the new Outlook 2003. -- I not very good with computers so the more detailed the info the better. Thanks for taking time to help me out. The Fredster |

First you'll need to copy all of your Outlook Express data to the new
computer and import it into Outlook Express there. If you need help with that step, go to http://www.insideOE.com for complete instructions on backup and restoration of OE data. Once you have the OE files established on the new machine, use File | Export in OE or File | Import and Export in Outlook to get the data into Outlook. -- Jocelyn Fiorello MVP - Outlook *** Messages sent to my e-mail address will NOT be answered -- please reply only to the newsgroup to preserve the message thread. *** "The Fredster" wrote: I have got a new PC running XP with Outlook 2003.
