outlook email - works on two PCs - not one one
 

I have three PCs - each has their own Outlook license.....

I have all three configured the same for the same email account -

two work great.

one doesn't work. no error messages. will not send and receive. when
I do the "test from the email profile" - it says everything OK when it
pings the smpt and pop servers.

any ideas?
