Moved .pst file

I just upgrade the outlook to 2003 and as the old ,pst file's limit to 2GB, I
moved all the content from old .pst file to the new .pst and the total size
is over 2.5GB, however, when I move the file from one location to another, it
was found that when I try to add the .pst file using data file management,
error occurred saying "Errors have been detected in the file .pst. Quit
Outlook and all mail-enabled applications, and then use the inbox repair tool
(Scanpst.exe) to diagnose and repair errors in the file."
I use the tool and another message "Anunexpected error prevented access to
this file. Use Scandisk to check the disk for errors, and then try using the
Inbox Repair Tool Again."
I use checkdisk and no error then try scanpst again and same error message
still shown on screen.

Please inform what should I do in order to save the archive file.
