OK, then, you should be able to make the MSN folders your delivery location (ToolsE-mail AccountsNextDelivery new e-mail to the following location), stop and restart Outlook, then copy the contents of the Personal Folders calendar to the MSN calendar. -- Brian Tillman |

I had all email sent to my new primary though I am not certain exactly what
that means at this point. However, I can not figure out how to copy the calendar from my personal folders to my MSN Calendar. That is actually all that I am trying to accomplish so that I can synchronize a laptop and two desktops in two different locations so that my calendar doesn't have conflicts and so I can schedule time on the go without carrying around a book that I would lose or not keep up to date. Not big on paper as it turns out. Thanks for all your help, John "Brian Tillman" wrote: John wrote: Thanks for your reply. I do not have any server it is simply a single pc with internet access. Not big on paper as it turns out. You should be able to open the calendar in your Personal Folders, change to a table view like By Category, select all the items with CTRL-A, then right-click and drag the selection to your MSN Calendar folder. Release the mouse button and choose Copy or Move as you wish. -- Brian Tillman |
