how do i merge my calendar with oulook live?

I just got outlook live so I could the same calendar at every computer or
location I was at. How do I take my existing outlook calendar that is at my
office and upload its contents to the web so I can view it from home, travel
computer, etc.?

Thanks

Is the data at work in a PST or an Exchange server?

Brian,

Thanks for your reply. I do not have any server it is simply a single pc
with internet access. Nothing fancy, small business back office.

Thanks

OK, then, you should be able to make the MSN folders your delivery location
(ToolsE-mail AccountsNextDelivery new e-mail to the following location),
stop and restart Outlook, then copy the contents of the Personal Folders
calendar to the MSN calendar.

I had all email sent to my new primary though I am not certain exactly what
that means at this point. However, I can not figure out how to copy the
calendar from my personal folders to my MSN Calendar. That is actually all
that I am trying to accomplish so that I can synchronize a laptop and two
desktops in two different locations so that my calendar doesn't have
conflicts and so I can schedule time on the go without carrying around a book
that I would lose or not keep up to date. Not big on paper as it turns out.

Thanks for all your help,

John

You should be able to open the calendar in your Personal Folders, change to
a table view like By Category, select all the items with CTRL-A, then
right-click and drag the selection to your MSN Calendar folder. Release the
mouse button and choose Copy or Move as you wish.
