how do i change outlook 2003 back to regular mode from "safe mode
 

There was an error opening up my Outlook (version 2003) and after repeated
attempts it asked me if I wanted to go into "safe mode". I chose yes and now
when I open Outlook it says "(Safe Mode)" in the top title bar and some
functionality is disabled (for example I can't use Word as my email editor)
and all my preferences for the toolbars etc seems to be gone.

I have gone to the help menu, and enabled the disabled items, and this still
hasn't fixed it. It still says Safe Mode after several closes and reboots.

Anyone have any ideas on where I go from here?
