PLEASE HELP

On Jan 02 2006 all of a sudden Ive been getting:

A time-out occurred while communicating with the server. Account: 'home',
Server: 'pop.nep.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error
Number: 0x800CCC19

I have contacted my ISP and they said its a Norton or Microsoft issue that
their servers are fine. I have been accessing my email from their home site
(pain in the a**).

Has anyone else seen or had this happen to them? Since Jan 2 I have been
spending all my time trying to figure it out or contact someone and its
getting old.

THANK YOU!

I have added and remove the acct. , verified the port #'s and
incoming/outgoing email addresses, etc.
