custom outlook rules

I know there is a template to send an alert to my mobile device when an email
is received from a person but I'd like to set up a rule where an alert is
sent to my mobile device when an email is received with a specific word in
the sub: or body. I dug around trying to creat such a rule but couldn't find
anything. Any ideas?
