i can't add a profile in mail
 

When I started Outlook this morning and then tried to Send/Receive I got a
message "Operation Failed". After reviewing some of the fixes I tried to Add
a Mail Profile but I cannot. I then removed the existing Outlook profile and
now I cannot either Add a Profile nor use outlook.

Start exactly how you are trying to add it and exactly what messages and
windows you see along the way. Also state your Outlook version.

This looks exactly like the problem I just entered into the newsgroup. Can
someone assist?
