Outlook auto sync with 2 logins in 1 machine

I have an only 1 computer, always connected in Internet, with 2 logins of
user, one with password and another one without password.
The system is most part of the time without no logged user.

I want to send/receive e-mails automatically, without the necessity to do
logon in each user.

I think in some options:

1. Initiating the system, Windows makes automatic logon of the 2 users and
executes all programs of startup, including a instance of outlook in each
user, then disconnect the 2 users, so any can login.
Thus I can config outlook to synchronize automatically in each account of
user.
I do not know as to configure windows to make these auto logons/disconnect.

2. Without making logon of user, the Windows executes a instance of outlook
for each user, who can synchronize automatically. For this, I can execute as
service of the Windows or set as a task in the Task Scheduler. But I have
some problems:
2.1. It is not possible to execute as the user without password.
2.2. If "hide" is not marked, an user can visualize the Outlook of the other.
2.3. If "hide" is marked, the user cannot see its own Outlook instance.

Can someone help me? Thx.
