Can't Get Outlook Back.

In word I was was working on "detecting and repairing" etc... I now cannot
open Outlook, when I try I get this message"The operation failed due to an
installation problem.Restart Outlook and try again" I still can't on numerous
tries. I wenjt to reinstall and could not get access.

I tried to restore, but that didn't work either I got a message"Restoration
incomplete, even though bthere were many restore points availabale.

Does anyone have a clue?
