Outlook terminates

I have been using Outlook 2003 for some time and all of a sudden it would
start up, the splash screen would appear and the inbox would appear for about
one second and the program terminates. I have reinstalled the program several
times and created a new profile through control panel. The same thing
happens. After uninstalling I even erased the outlook folder from my computer
in order to get a new, clean install. Any ideas as to what's going on?

Have you tried running outlook in safe mode. "outlook /safe".
