We have a user who's only been using a PC for a couple of years. At age 70
he still gets himself confused and may be running 10+ incidents of Outlook at any given time. How can I configure his shortcut to only allow one incident of Outlook to be opened? Thanks in advance for your suggestions. Dave |

Add the /recycle switch to the target command line: "C:\Programs Files\Microsoft Office\Officexx\outlook.exe" /recycle where "xx" is indicative of your Outlook version. -- Brian Tillman |
