invalid plugin

After a recent coporate wide up grade from Office 2000 to Office 2003, I am
getting "invalid plugin" when I open Outlook. It shows a path to the
offending file, when I look in folder it is pointing, the file is missing.
I ran a detect and repair but this didn't fix it.. Should I uninstall and
re-install the plugins. If so how. I can't find anything on what plugin it
is looking for and what plugins I am suppose to have.

Thanks in advance

david
