I don't see any instructions on how to import from Yahoo. I tried the url
for the mail access and specifically for my mail account, but not getting
through.

If you have a free Yahoo! account, I don't think Yahoo! offers a way to do
that for mail. You can import or export your Yahoo! address book, but not
the mail itself.
