Item no down loaded
 

It is Windows XP with Office 2003 installed with all the updaes done, both
Windows and Office. When I click on a e mail message, the error message
showed up tells that the the items/messages can not be down loaded. I checked
the configuration and the network connectiong and they all look ok. Is there
something I am missing in configuration or there is a update, I still need to.
