I cannot access my MSN Hotmail Plus account through Outlook 2003

After I reinstalled Office 2003, I cannot access my MSN Hotmail Plus account.
The error message that I get is:

Task 'Hotmail: Folder:Inbox Downloading all items.' reported error
(0x800CCC32) : 'Access to the account was denied. Verify that your username
and password are correct. The server responded 'Invalid login.'. '

Then a pop-up window appears and asks for my correct username and password.

However, my username and passoword are correct.

Any idea what is wrong and what can I do?

Thank you,

-Stefanos

I have a similar problem: under Outlook 2007 Beta2 I can't connect to MSN.com
e-mail account, even that settings and user info (and password) are
correct... did you have any solution to this matter?

Thanks!
