I searched in Outlook help context and using Google but cannot find clear
instructions to send an email when it is received from a specific email address to a folder. such as all email from xyz.com to this folder. But when I go to create a rule i have to click on "people or distribution list" and I can only choose from existing names, contacts etc. How do I create this rule?? |

time management on the rule would be a great feature.
I get emails from certain people and if i create a rule to go to a folder I can see they can easily be missed. But if they went to the inbox for 48hrs then to the specified folder it would be perfect.
