Unable to open default e-mail folders.
 

I haven't used Outlook in a few years and I'm looking to start using it again
only I keep getting the following warning message:

Unable to open your default e-mail folders. The .DLL file for the
information service could not be found. MAPI was unable to load the
information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed
and configured.

Okay, what?! I've uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted and I'm at a loss.
Suggestions?

Awesome! This was a great help and I got the program working. HOWEVER, now
I'm having trouble with sending e-mail from it. I keep getting this message:

Your certificates are invalid for this e-mail address. They may have
expired, or the policy you are using may not support the certificates you
have.
