Microsoft Outlook email - why doesn't my outlook open anymore? not even if i reinstall!

Hi,

The first thing you should try is to create a new Outlook profile. If other users are able to access their mailboxes on the same machine, it is very likely that you Outlook profile has
become corrupt.

Please follow the steps outlined in the following Knowledge Base (KB) article to create a new Outlook profile.

outlook 2003 - suddenly couldn't open the file anymore. it says that the
server is not available. I have reinstalled it a few times but nothing. the
other users on the pc have access to it on their account but it will not open
on my account. i have lost all my emails and contacts and can't find a way to
retrieve them. I have tried contacting microsoft but this is an impossible
task!!
Help??
