Outlook mail opens in FULL SCREEN mode
 

I have Outlook 2003 and starts up in the mail inbox.

If I read or start a new mail my view goes to FULL Screen and then I have
to resize the view /screen back to where I want it. Any other actions
after this is
ok, untill I shut Outlook down.

When I start it up again I have to go through the whole process once again..

A right Pain the the but.

Any assistance as to how I can set the default mail view would be most
helpful and welcome.
