Default Outlook Popup

We use Solomon Application Server which interact with Outlook Email setup.
Whenever Application Server polls the mailbox or try to send a report via
email, it prompts a ‘Send in Mailbox’ message box. I found a knowledge base
article on this (Document ID 132859).

Can you please let me know the solution for this and which Outlook version
we can use and whether there are any patches available from MS?

Thank you much.

Sam Commar
