Hi,
I have a client who is using Outlook 2000 with Word as his editor. When we put a signature in his mail (just text, nothing fancy), the mail will not send but stays in the outbox. If we remove the signature, then it sends without a problem. I have set him up on 3 different PC's, created new profiles on him, and still this issue occurs. Other people setup using different profiles do not have this issue. Any ideas? Thanks |
