Unable to expand folders
 

When a user opens Outlook for the first he should not get the Unable to
expand the folder. Usually what we have to do is go into Tools Email
Accounts View or Change Change More Settings Advanced Offline File
and Folder settings and recreate the OST file. There always seems to be the %
sign in the box that may be causing this issue.

C:\Documents and Settings\smithk\My Documents\%outlook.ost

I am not sure how to keep this from happening.
