Incoming Rule only allowing messages to 2 recipients through to 1
We are using Outlook 2002 with Exchange Server 5.5. Exchange is set to
forward messages for the boss to the boss' assistant. The assistant has a folder called "boss". The incoming rule is set that if any messages come in for "boss" put them in the "boss" folder. That part works great. The problem is, if the message is addressed to both the assistant and the "boss", the message only shows up in the "boss" folder and not in the assistant's inbox even though it is addressed to both. Any ideas on how to get the message to show up in both the assistants inbox and the "boss" folder? Thanks |
