I can successfully send e-mails, but my sent e-mails do not appear on the
"Items Sent" screen. What do I need to do to have them appear there, so I may verify that they were actually sent. Thank you. |

Check the following setting: Tools | Options | Preferences tab | E-mail
Options button...there is a checkbox for "Save copies of messages in Sent Items folder". -- Jocelyn Fiorello MVP - Outlook *** Messages sent to my e-mail address will NOT be answered -- please reply only to the newsgroup to preserve the message thread. *** "A. I have an archive folder, from which am forwarding emails. These mails do not
get saved in the sent folder. Is this normal? or is there any setting in outlook that could be changed so that we could save the sent mails from the archive folder? -- Omi "A. Look in tools, options, email options - are you saving sent mails? Click the
Advanced options button - are you saving Forwards? Saving items with the original? (this will save the copy in the archive folder with the original, not the Sent folder) -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
