How do I create a new pst file?

Outlook Express suddenly stopped downloading mail. All other functions
continued to work. It would appear to have related to my pst file being too
large. I tried deleting lots of emails, but could still not fix the problem.

So I decided to purchase and install Office 2003 including Outlook. It
managed to find the old pst file and the problem persisted. So I tried moving
the pst file, but it won't create a new one. I tried renaming it .old, and it
tries to open the file but gets stuck half ways through and not even Outlook
will open.

I don't care about importing the old addresses and mails, I am happy to
start from scratch. But despite uninstalling and reinstalling, it just keeps
wanting an existing pst file... how do I get a new, clean pst file?!?!

Post makes no sense. OE does not even use PST files, so how could a PST file
have been the problem?
Post more accurately please.

Outlook Express does not use PSTs. Did you speak to your ISP? Do you get
any error messages? Did you try recreating the account? Did you ask in an
Outlook Express newsgroup for help?

Describe EXACTLY how you configured you rmail profile and the services in
that profile, such as the mail accounts and Personal Folders service.
