Help with Sorting Mails

Hi,

When the Inbox is sorted, outlook does NOt automatically do a 'Jump to' when
I press any character. Like when Sorted and it is on an 'A' name, when I
press "P", it doe not utomatically Jump to the names starting with 'P'.

Anybody know the fix for this?
