How do I open multiple instances of Outlook with another profile?

i have 2 profiles set up, one for personal and one for a vpn. i want to
allow both to open at the same time, so have 2 instances of Outlook open.
Does anyone know if this is possible?

It is not possible except, possibly, with Fast User Switching and two
Windows user profiles.
