Add Favorites won't save
I add folders to the favorites folder location on the navigation pane and
when I exit and enter Outlook, the favorite folder I have added is gone. I can't get it to save the favorite folder. This is Outlook 2003 from Small Business, would that make it a problem? |

I am not too computer savvy and have no idea where to find what you asked me to delete. If you could send me in that direction, I would be more than happy to give it a try. Thanks Chris |

With Outlook closed, open Windows Explorer and enter %AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook in the Address field. Click Go. Select the file whose extension is ".xml" and either rename it or delete it. Restart Outlook and try again. -- Brian Tillman |
