Microsoft Outlook email - Calendar and Tasks missing from Outlook 2003?

Are you sure you're using the Folder List view and not, say, the Mail view?
Look at the title of the Navigation Pane. The Mail view shows mail folders
only , so you won't see the Contacts or Tasks (or Notes, or Journal, or
Calendar) folders.
