WHEN AN EMAIL GETS SENT A DUPLICATE GETS SENT TO ME AS WELL. IT IS ON A POP
ACCOUNT.

You'll need to tell us more information first, like what version of Outlook
and what type of account. Your send/receive settings, server timeout value,
and antivirus configuration would also help.
