Saving email
Outlook should have user selectable option to save emails by something other
than the subject line, such as "Sender", "Date & Time". Currently, emails are saved by whatever is in the subject line. If one has 25 emails that need to be saved to a single folder, and they all have "RE" in the subject line, Outlook will ask "save" or "replace" for each individual email. One has to type something different into the subject line for each of the 25 "RE"'s. This is extremely time consuming and fraught with potential for errors. If Outlook had user selectable option to save emails, I could select "Save by date & time" & most likely never have to change anything to move emails to a folder. Would also help in retrieval. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
