Default Error starting Outlook 2003

Every time I try to install Outlook 2004, I get the following message:

"Unable to open your default e-mail folders. An unexpected error has
occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information servce nwnsp.dll. Be sure
the service is correctly installed and configured."

I looked for information about this issue at the Knowlege Base, but I don't
find anything that can help me. The situation is that it doesn't let me start
Outlook at all. It just gives the error and a Dialog box with OK, and no
explanation about how to fix the problem, I'm stock with the error and unable
to use Outlook.
I tried reinstalling Outlook 2003, but even deleting the ini file, it keeps
giving me the same error
¿Can anyone help?

Do you have Groupwise installed on that system? If I remember right
nwnsp.dll is part of it.

Are you part of a company that might have used it or is this a home machine?

Yes its a computer that I use in my company, but I "resolved" the problem, I
used the instructions that I found for a similar situation. I went at the
Mail Icon on Control Panel and deleted the services, that let me start
outlook.

Thank you very much for your interest in helping
