I'm still running Microsoft Mail because I like the Netfolder Calendar
sharing that Outlook 2000 offers, in spite of its limitations. I've still got a couple of machines that run Win2k, but I'm slowly replacing them with XP machines. I copied the WGPOCPL.CPL and WGPOADMN.DLL files from one of the Win2k machine and installed them in the Windows\System32 folder of an XP machine, but when I go to run the MS Mail applet on the XP machine, it accepts the Post Office username and password and then exits. I see there is an old post here from 2001 with this behavior, but no response. Any ideas as to why it doesn't work? Thanks, June |
