configure outlook (exchange server)
Hi,
I have configured a clients outlook: I entered the exchange server name and the name of the user. When I pressed check names those two things became underlined. That's all that needs to be done to configure outlook is it? I did it with a lot of other users and there it works fine. With this one there's a problem: It works to send mails but he can't receive mails and he doesn't see the previous mails he received. If I look at the webmail, everything is OK so it look's like it is a setting of oulook??? Anybody knows what I can do? I'm thinking of reinstalling outlook but I prefer another solution.... |

You might want to verify that there are *no* personal folder files added to
the profile and/or the default delivery location is set to the Exchange mailbox. (I sometimes find that people setup Outlook for POP3/IMAP first and then add Exchange later. This tends to throw the inexperience user off and produce undesirable expectations.) "HenkR" wrote in message ... configure outlook (exchange server)
Open Outlook, Tools Email Accounts View/Change existing email accounts
next button and then the dropdown should be at the bottom left. "HenkR" wrote in message ... where can I find the default delivery location?
