Personal Folder Backup
I had to re-set my personal settings, which included re-install Outlook. I am
trying to install the Personal Folder Backup again, but get the message that the system dedected an previous version, which I need to uninstall in add/remove programs first, before the new version can be installed. When I got into add/remove programs, it doesn't show the previous version, and therefore I can't uninstall it. Any idea how to solve that issue, or where the previous version would be excatly? Thank you.
