Web links in Emails

In my Outlook email when I receive one that has a web address noted in the
text, I click on the web address and nothing happens. Whether I click the
"text only" or "display as HTML" option, nothing happens. I end up having to
go to Explorer and typing in the web address -- or cutting it from the email
and then pasting it into my Explorer web address line. Can you help?

Please try "Start", "Run", "urlmon.dll Regsvr32"
