Cannot receive or send emails with Outlook 2003
 

Cannot receive or send emails through Outlook 2003. Problem started 4 days ago.

I receive this error message when I click send/receive

Task 'mail.comcast.net - Receiving' reported error (0x800408FF) : 'Unknown
Error 0x800408FF'

The send message is much the same.

Comcast says it is not theor problem. Performed the fix and repair function
under Tools to no avail. I am connected to the internet and have been
getting, and sending emails through web mail accounts.

I would like to get Outlook back. ANy suggestions?

WJC: You are the 7th user (including myself) that is having this problem.
No solutions have been posted so far. If you get something please let me
know.
