how to copy profile

Greetings

My step brother is upgrading his PC at work. He has ask me to help him, I
can do everything except the outlook. He currently uses outlook 2003. How
can I back up the entire thing including his account info (mail server,
passwords, login) and move it to a new account.

He currently logs in to a local account on his pc, but after he gets
upgraded he will be using a domain account (so a new account on the same pc).
Is there a away to back up the account info? I know I can export his
contacts and various other items to pst files and manually move them (an
easier way to do this would be appreciated also).

Thanks
in advance

Troy

You would be most unwise to export the pst, simply copy them, with OL
closed.
And dont import, open them in OL
You cannot backup OL accounts, they are stored in the registry, without a
third party tool.
But all the above may be unnessary, it depends what is meant by 'upgrade'

Upgrade means I am setting up a different account on the same PC. He is
going from a local account to a domain server account.
