My Outlook has been corrupted, how do I reinstall

Forgive me, I don't know much about computers. I tried to download Napster
the other night and now when I try to open my email I get an error message
"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. MAPI32.DLL is corrupt or the wrong
version. This could have been caused by installing other messaging software.
Please reinstall Outlook."
I didn't install it myself the first time, so any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
LittleBit

Lets try this first in hoping that you are running one of the latest
versions of Outlook on Windows XP. Select Start Run
c:\windows\system32\fixmapi.exe ok button. Try starting Outlook.

If running fixmapi doesn't work, go to the add/remove programs applet in the
control panel. Scroll down the list until you find Microsoft Office (or
Outlook). Select Change. The next dialog should offer a choice of
reinstall/repair. Make sure you have your original install media available
as the reinstall/repair may ask for it.
