Upgrade lost address book
 

I have upgraded from OFFICE 2000 to 2003. I could not longer connect due to
LAPD being used. I deleted this and was then able to see my address book,
and emails. I could not connect after that. I deleted all network
connections and created new POP3 for NTLWORLD network. I tested the address
and they work, but it will not connect in open outlook. I have also lost my
address book entries. it will only allow CONTACT entries? Why?

You never had address book entries. There are no such entries. All data is
stored in Contact Folders. Just verify that you have configured your Outlook
Address Book Service correctly:
