Sent Items folder
We're running Exchange2003 with Outlook 2003 client. When a user loads a
shared mailbox in their Outlook profile and sends a message FROM that mailbox, the Sent Item folder on the primary user account receives the Sent message instead of the Sent Items folder on the shared mailbox. The user has full mailbox access to this shared account...outside of a rule, does anyone know how to change this default Outlook behavior? Thanks for any and all suggestions. |
