We have all of our users setup to use Outlook 2003 in Cached Exchange Mode.
I have two users who are not able to use it. Once they check the box for Cached Exchange Mode and restart Outlook, they get this message: "Cannot Start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window. The set of folders could not be opened. The server is not available. Contact your administrator if this condition persists." Out of 150 users, these two are the only ones who get this message. Everyone else is able to use Cached Exchange Mode successfully. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks, Carl |
