My PC crashed but I can recover files

I reloaded outlook 2003 to a new harddrive. I still have acces to my old hard
drive which has my old version of outlook 2003 on it. I never backed up
outlook 2003 so I dont have a .pst file. atleast that I can find. I went to
the application data file and did not find anything. Can someone please tell
me that when outllook opens where dosed it pull all my personal file info
from (location).
and if so a way to transfer this to my new hardrive so I can recover all my
old emails and stuff.
