Can recedive but not send emails
 

I can receive but not send email from outlook when I am not at home. I have
followed all the steps outlined in microsoft help but it still doesn't work

You're using outlook when not at home? what are you using to access your
mail accounts?
My first thought would be that the smtp account setting might not be exactly
correct for what ever email account you're trying to send through.

The most frequent cause of this is failure to authenticate properly to the
outgoing server. I suspect your sending address's domain doesn't match the
domain of the ISP you have at home.
