I am setting up an exchange account for a new user running XP Pro and Outlook
2003 SP2. The login in credentials are correct because the user can login through the web access to the same server, but cannot login through Outlook. I noticed that there is nowhere to enter the domain like there is on 2003 login without the service pack. I've tried adding the domain through the networking panel, but the domain itself isn't setup for us thus not allwoing us onto the domain; we only have permissions to the Exchange server. Is there something simple, like a tab or pull down box, that i am missing or is this more than that? Thanks! |
