We have a VPC with Outlook+Exchange on it. When the VPC is connectied to the Internet, It works fast. When it's not connected to the web, it runs slowly. How do I confige my Outlook/Exchange to stop searching for an Internet connection |

A little clarification might be helpful. Outlook is an email client, while
Exchange is an email server system. It is not now and never has been accepted practice to install both Exchange Server and Outlook on the same machine. Assuming that you have both running in spite of the inherent problems, how is the Exchange Server setup with respect to the Internet?
